Bike Lane Violations in Montreal
This is a supervisor's van
Metro Lionel-Groulx, Montreal, QC
I tried to catch the green light but instead, I stopped and took this picture. This van has almost hit me at a pedestrian passage in the past. I wonder if it is the chief of the Sud-Ouest SPVM; Mr. Célestin who is driving.
Corner St-Ambroise/St-Rémis
St-Ambroise/St-Rémis, Montreal, QC
This is not the drivers fault, but it is amazing to see this kind of configuration. And if there is an accident, the pedestrians or the cyclists will be blamed.
Delivery on McGill
460 Mcgill, Montreal, QC
I wonder what the law says exactly, maybe it is no stopping except for delivery truck...
I got many more like that
Metro Lionel Groulx, Montreal, QC
Police car in the bike path at metro Lionel Groulx. I could take one picture per day at that place
More police car in Bike Lane

Sur la Piste du Premier Chemin de Fer, au métro Lionel Groulx
Police car 50-4
Metro Lionel Groulx, Montreal, QC
The SPVM has been using the bike path as a parking spot. This has been going for a long time and you can see this almost every day at Metro station Lionel Groulx. When I complained, I was told "fuck you cyclist, just go around"
XUV parked in bike lane on McGill (another one!)
480 Rue McGill, Montreal, QC
No driver inside....this is facing south, looking towards the Old Port/de la Commune/the water, on Rue McGill...the lack of ticketing/parking enforcement around this area only encourages this sort of thing.
XUV parked in bike lane on McGill
106 Rue McGill, Montreal, QC
Flashers on, driver sitting in driver's seat, oblivious to the fact he's parked right in the bike lane...his passenger had gone inside one of the offices to retrieve something, but even so, there were plenty of park-and-wait options within a half-block radius.
Car Dealer
Boulevard Rene Levesque and Levert, Ile des soeurs, QC
What a nice idea to sell it in a bike lane! At least a ticket was under the wiper. But if I leave my bike on the street ... do u think ill have a ticket and the bike will stay there or they will remove it?
